Viral Video Watch: Star Wars Fans Invited to Use the Force to Stand Up 2 Cancer

Celebrating the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Complete Saga on Blu-ray, George Lucas via his Lucasfilm studio is collaborating with the non-profit Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) on the aptly titled "Use The Force For Good." Of course, "good" means driving donations to the Stand Up To Cancer website, where all proceeds go to cancer research.

Any celebrities promoting this? Only Aziz Ansari, Zach Galifianakis, Bill Hader, Ed Helms, Ken Jeong, Jaime King, Seth Rogen, Andy Samberg, Emma Stone and even Star Wars alum Samuel L. Jackson. SNL's Bill Hader Enrols in VW Academy

Volkswagen has just released a new web series, Inside the VW Academy, that features comedian Bill Hader and VW's "national spokesmodel" Danielle Gumro, a Michigan native who is presented as a "trained Volkswagen product specialist."

With a swinging 60's intro, a Rod Serling-channeling Hader, a sexy librarian guise for Gumro and SNL writer John Mulaney providing lines, VW's foray into branded entertainment aims to blend improv and scripted humor while pitching VW's 2011 Jetta, Tiguan and Touareg models.Continue reading...
